Her attention to detail is second only to her cheerful and helpful can-do attitude. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management and IT, majoring in Software Information Systems from the University of Queensland.
Lead Software Developer
Yasiru is our Lead Software developer. He is a gun at building custom programs and application solutions for Zoho and Maximizer enabling our team to really customise your business systems to exactly how you want them.
Business Development Manager
Sandie’s background is originally in advertising, design and communications. She has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and assists clients to develop and integrate CRM processes, workflows and user manuals to each business’s specific needs. Sandie has direct experience with a multitude of programs and systems and is practised in the running of a business, which gives her a unique insight into the issues business owners face with administration processes and integration.
Business Development Director
Brian is the analyst, reviewing methods and procedures and determining the required outcomes. Having a business degree, majoring in Operations Management and Organisation Design, Brian is well qualified to advise clients of the best solutions to their problems. Brian also has a Certificate in Production and Inventory Control from the US, supporting his business analyst activities. Brian comes to IWT Consulting with 20 years´ experience in CRM and even more in business process improvement.
